2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by a professional hosting provider (Lovable Cloud). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes in particular: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference, content of the request, access status, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure presentation of our website. The log files are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer needed for error analysis.

3. External typefaces (Google Fonts)

This website loads typefaces (Sora and Manrope) from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When you access the site, your browser establishes a direct connection to these servers; your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The use is uniformly based on our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

If you contact us by email at info@neurofeedback-info.de, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of your message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

We do not pass on your data without your consent. Once your inquiry has been fully processed and any statutory retention obligations have lapsed, the data will be deleted.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button offered on this website, communication takes place via the WhatsApp service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. Metadata (including your telephone number) is transmitted to Meta. WhatsApp is a service of a US-based group; data transfer to the USA is possible.

The use of WhatsApp is voluntary. If you do not wish your data to be transmitted to Meta, please use our other contact channels, in particular email.
